According to BGR, Nokia will be holding an event in London on May 14th, with invitations telling attendees to "See What's Next" as "The Nokia Lumia Story Continues."
It is likely that we'll see at least one new Windows Phone handset at the event, as well as a possible tablet-related announcement. As far as smartphones are concerned, there has been a lot of buzz regarding the rumored Lumia 928 as of lately, with photos of the alleged Verizon-branded device surfacing courtesy of Twitter user @evleaks and Bloomberg reporting that the phone will be unveiled some time next month. There has also been talks of a successor to the Lumia 920 which, according to WPCentral, will purportedly use an aluminum body that will be both lighter and thinner than its predecessor.
Late last year The Verge reported that Nokia is developing a 10.1-inch tablet that runs Windows RT, a likely software and hardware combination considering the company's relationship with Microsoft. AT&T will alledgedly be one of the first companies to stock the device when it is released in the United States.
